These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the subs-ai.com Administration (the “Service”) and the user. By using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms take effect the moment you start using the Service. The Administration may amend these Terms; the current version is published on this page.
The Service provides intangible digital goods — access codes and credentials to subscriptions and services of third-party providers (the “Goods”).
Goods are delivered exclusively in electronic form (a code, activation link or credentials) after payment. There is no physical delivery.
The value of the Goods lies in providing access and in the curation and organisation of the offering; the Service is a storefront intermediary and is not the rights holder of the third-party services themselves.
To place an order you provide an email address to which the Goods and the order-cabinet link are sent. Sign-in may additionally use Telegram.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping access to your email and account secure.
The price of the Goods is shown on the site. Payment is accepted through the connected payment services, including CryptoBot and Heleket (cryptocurrency, including USDT, and other supported methods).
Goods are considered paid once the payment service confirms the payment. After confirmation the Goods are delivered automatically in the order cabinet and/or to the email you provided.
Due to the digital nature of the Goods, refunds are not made after a code has been delivered, except where the delivered Goods turned out to be non-working.
If a delivered code does not work, contact support within 24 hours of receiving it. Once the issue is confirmed, the Service, at its discretion, provides a replacement of equivalent Goods or a refund.
No refund is made if the access has been used, altered by you, passed to third parties, or stopped working through your fault or through the third-party provider after a correct delivery.
You undertake to use the Service and the Goods in accordance with applicable law and bear full responsibility for the lawfulness of your actions.
Reselling, duplicating or transferring the Goods to third parties outside the conditions provided by the Service is prohibited (separate arrangements apply to wholesale and partner purchases).
One code is intended for a single use unless the Goods description explicitly states otherwise.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis. The Service does not guarantee that the Goods will match your subjective expectations, nor the uninterrupted and error-free operation of third-party providers.
The Service is responsible for the working state of the delivered Goods within the limits described in the refunds-and-replacements section. The Service is not liable for the actions of third-party services, their changes to their own terms, or your indirect losses.
The site design, texts, catalog structure and other materials of the Service are protected and may not be copied, distributed or used without the Administration’s permission. Rights to the third-party services belong to their respective rights holders.
The Administration may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of a breach of these Terms, abuse, attempted fraud, or when required by law.
Processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.
The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. The last-updated date is shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new version.
