1. General provisions

This Policy applies to any information the Service may obtain about you while you use subs-ai.com, place and pay for orders, or contact support.

2. What data we collect

— Order and delivery data: your email address (purchased items and the order-cabinet link are sent to it).

— Telegram sign-in data (if you use it): the id, first name and username passed by the Telegram login widget.

— Technical data: IP address, browser and operating-system details, approximate region by IP, and request timestamps — used for operation, security and fraud prevention.

— Interaction history: the contents and status of your orders, and your support requests.

The Service does not request or store passport data, photos, or bank-card and crypto-wallet details beyond the strict minimum — payment data is processed by the payment services.

3. How we use the data

— To operate the Service: accept and process orders, deliver paid digital goods, and provide access to the order cabinet.

— To communicate with you: confirm payment, deliver goods, and answer support requests.

— For security: to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of the terms.

— To analyse and improve the Service in an anonymised form.

4. Sharing data with third parties

The Service does not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Sharing is possible only in the following cases:

— With the payment services that process your payment (including CryptoBot and Heleket), to the extent needed to issue an invoice and confirm payment.

— With the email delivery service, to send the messages containing your goods and service notifications.

— When required by law or authorised state authorities, and to protect the rights and safety of the Service and its users.

— With your explicit consent.

5. Data storage and protection

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing: fulfilling orders, providing support and complying with the law.

The Service applies reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is absolutely secure, so the Service cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

6. Your rights

You may request information about what data of yours is processed, and ask to correct or delete it, as far as this does not conflict with the law or the need to retain records of completed orders. To do so, use the contacts in the “Contacts” section.

7. Cookies and technical data

The Service uses the minimum necessary cookies and similar technologies to run the site (for example, to remember your chosen language and order session). Disabling cookies may limit certain features.

8. Limitation of liability

You acknowledge that transmitting data over the internet involves risks. The Administration is not liable for loss or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by you (for example, if you give others access to your email or device).

The Administration may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page; the last-updated date is shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Policy.
